In a previous life, Sirota spent fifteen years in corporate Human Resources in a variety of roles all involving writing and staffing. She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Business and a Master's Degree with distinction in Industrial Psychology. Sirota resides in New Jersey with her husband, children and three furry rescues.
